To be completely transparent: cleaning detergents and kitchen cloths/dishtowels are NOT included. We suggest bringing them from home or buying them at the supermarket on arrival (3 minutes away).

How far is the sea from the apartments?
Budoni and Porto Ottiolu beaches are 3 minutes by car from Residenze del Sole. San Teodoro is 5 minutes by car. La Caletta is 10 minutes by car. See full details on the beaches page.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately no: Residenze del Sole is a small residential complex and out of respect for other guests we do not accept pets in any of the three apartments.
Is there air conditioning and private parking?
Yes in all three apartments: air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living area, and a reserved private parking spot for each apartment. Wi-Fi is not available indoors: with modern mobile data plans cellular coverage is excellent throughout the area.
How do I reach Budoni from Olbia airport?
Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is about 35 minutes by car (44 km) from Residenze del Sole. You can take a taxi, rent a car directly at the airport (recommended for exploring the area), or use ARST regional buses. Full details on transport, taxi and bus on the useful info page.
How do I book and which payment methods do you accept?
You can book directly from our website by clicking Check availability: pick your dates, get an instant quote, and confirm with 30% deposit online. We accept credit card (via Stripe, secure payment) or bank transfer. No middlemen, no hidden fees.
What should I bring and what is included?
Included in your stay: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, utilities (water, electricity, gas). What to bring: beach/pool towels, dishwasher detergent, bathroom cleaning products, bath soap and shampoo, any allergy/intolerance products.
